"Would it be possible to get together for coffee or tea?" This vulnerable question is one I’ve been honored and humbled to hear from hundreds of hungry souls through the years.

God has opened a door for me to say “yes!”

For a quarter century, I’ve treasured God’s calling on my life of intentionally investing in women’s spiritual growth. I’ve ached for each request for time, mentoring, and spiritual direction that I’ve had to decline.

Now, in 2010, I have the joy of announcing the opportunity for women in leadership to join me in small groups of five for personal, intentional retreats devoted to spiritual rest and renewal.

My most treasured ministry context is one-on-one. Together, we will listen for God’s whispers as God’s Spirit refreshes the weary spaces in our souls.

Throughout the experience, I will invest prayerfully and personally in your spiritual and leadership journey. Accompanied with space for rest, quietness, and reflection as well as group teachings and Q&A, as you emerge from your Leadership Investment Intensive, you will be able to say, “He restores my soul” (Psalm 23:3).
