Lii "At Home" - $425/person or $600 for TWO

We are excited to let you know that Alicia will offer an "at home" version of Leadership Investment Intensive (Lii) in early 2012. For the past two years, Alicia has had the privilege of walking with extraordinary leaders in a unique spiritual formation experience called Leadership Investment Intensives (Lii). However, it was only offered for women and only on location in Branson.

In order to make the material more accessible to others (including guys), Alicia is customizing a version of Lii to be delivered via Google Hangout.

Details include:

• $425/person or $600 for TWO, if using the same computer for the group teaching sessions 
• FOUR Saturday morning teachings from 10:30-Noon CST, beginning February 11 
• TWO personal one-on-one spiritual direction sessions with Alicia (30-minute Skypes)


Lii Rest&Renewal - $989/person

Personal mentoring from Alicia

R&R is geared for those desiring an all-inclusive mentoring experience, with a little added personal TLC. Refresh your calling, renew your First Love, and rest your body and mind. Renew your spirit and cross over into greater intimacy with God through small group guided teachings and reflections.

This option includes:

• 4 nights, 3 days with Alicia (she stays on-site) and four other women in leadership
• 4 intimate small group spiritual-formation teachings with Alicia
• 3 optional evening sessions where Alicia will offer a seminar on mentoring or conflict in ministry
• 2 personal one-on-one mentoring spaces with Alicia
• From time-to-time, some of Alicia's dear friends grace Lii by sharing an evening devotional and Q&A. This includes authors/speakers such as Jennifer Rothschild, and Dr. Beth Grant of Project Rescue
• Your own private, luxurious room in Alicia’s prayer retreat home, Rest Inn Rivendell

Lii Speaking Practicum - $1199/person
Practical, personal coaching from Alicia for speakers

Lii Speaking Practicum is geared for speakers desiring an all-inclusive hands-on coaching, fused with a personal prayer retreat. Topics covered will include: creative options for preparing and presenting, being true to the unique way in which God has designed you to communicate truth; guidance on props, message transitions, non-verbal language, notes, intros, conclusions, altar responses; principles for navigating through invitations, contracts, honorariums, websites, promotion; and how to ready your heart for success and failure, for applause and criticism.

This option includes:

• A working retreat packed with opportunities to refine your communication calling
• Each participant will deliver two 20-minute messages and receive individual coaching
• 4 nights, 3 days with Alicia (she stays on-site) and four other women in leadership
• 6 small group training sessions with Alicia followed by open Q&A
• Live "Skype-in" Sessions with professionals on topics such as booking, speaking, vocal coaching, finances, industry trends, finding your true image and more.
