The Mentoring Encounter is an intentional, guided journey toward deepening intimacy with God. Through a variety of experiences, you will travel a step-by-step path toward moment-to-moment intimacy and spiritual rest. 

The Mentoring Encounter:

On February 14th, 2012 we will begin accepting applications for Alicia's 2013 Mentoring Encounter!

Each year, Alicia devotes herself to 20 women in leadership in the marketplace and/or the church. She focuses upon their spiritual formation personally and practically.

The Mentoring Encounter includes the following:

• A monthly, one-on-one spiritual direction session with Alicia via Skype
• A monthly, real-time group teaching via Google Hangout
• A weekly e-journey of "The 7th Year Path" with exercises, delivered to your inbox (15-30 minutes daily to complete the exercises)
• Carefully selected readings of one book per month
• Weekly Facebook interaction with your cohort of like-minded women
• At the end of the year, participants have the option of joining together for a four-day prayer retreat at Rivendell in Branson

To apply:

• Contact the Lii facilitator and request an application.
• Email your completed application to Stephanie who will open your file and contact your references.
• Monthly, the Lii team meets to review applications and notify applicants regarding whether or not they feel the Mentoring Encounter is a good fit for their season.
• Your place in the 2013 Encounter is secured by a $250 non-refundable suggested registration fee.
• The 2013 Mentoring Encounter suggested monthly participation fee is $177. Please note the information below regarding need-based scholarships.

Scholarships & Grants:

Need-based scholarships and grants are available to eligible Lii applicants from the generous donors who support Leadership Investment Intensives. To apply for financial assistance, please email Stephanie who will send you a grant application form.

**Please note: Because the Lii 7th Year Encounters are designed for women in leadership, a pastoral AND character reference is a must. These individuals should be souls familiar with your guts even more than your gifts.
