Four days, three nights, personal one-on-ones, open Q&A, personal mentoring with Alicia, small groups teachings...a shared experience, space to be still...and grow.

Rest & Renewal is geared for those desiring an all-inclusive mentoring experience, with a little added personal TLC.

Refresh your calling, renew your First Love, and rest your body and mind. Renew your spirit and cross over into greater intimacy with God through small group guided teachings and reflections. Accompanied with space for rest, quietness, and reflection as well as group teachings and Q&A, as you emerge from your Leadership Investment Intensive, you will be able to say, “He restores my soul” (Psalm 23:3).

This option includes:

• 4 nights, 3 days with Alicia (she stays on-site) and four other women in leadership
• 4 intimate small group spiritual-formation teachings with Alicia
• 3 optional evening sessions where Alicia will offer a seminar on mentoring or conflict in ministry
• 2 personal one-on-one mentoring spaces with Alicia
• From time-to-time, some of Alicia's dear friends grace Lii by sharing an evening devotional and Q&A. This includes authors/speakers such as Jennifer Rothschild, and Dr. Beth Grant of Project Rescue
• Your own private, luxurious room in Alicia’s prayer retreat home, Rest Inn Rivendell
• Eight (8) meals via a kitchen stuffed with delicious fruits, veggies, meats, breads, desserts, coffees, teas…always available so you can eat/cook at your leisure
• Unhurried days to soak in the peace and natural beauty of the Ozarks; to journal, walk, reflect…and take long naps
• One-hour therapeutic massage with Alicia’s Christian professional massage therapist, A Jewel’s Touch
• Airport transfers between Rivendell and the Branson Airport (airport code BKG).
• All access to Rivendell’s lakeside 7 acres including hot tub, sauna, hiking and prayer walking trails, and bank fishing along Lake Taneycomo.
• An autographed book of your choice from Alicia’s writing
• List of valuable resources for women in leadership
• A signed copy of “Ready, Set, Rest” from Alicia
• A follow-up phone call from Alicia post-Lii
