Bring an Lii into your small group or staff meetings via Google Hangout!

We are excited to let you know that Leadership Investment Intensives is offering "at home" versions of Rest & Renewal, Speaking Practicums, and Mentoring Seminars.


Components are customized for each group:

• You select from offered themes such as "Practicing the Presence of God," spiritually spacious living, spiritual disillusionment and conflict, mentoring made practical, developing your speaking voice...
• You identify what format best serves the needs of your group such as one four-hour block on a Saturday or several Thursday evenings...
• You decide if you would like to incorporate one-on-one time for your participants with an Lii spiritual director (please note, Lii's Executive Director, Alicia Britt Chole, only provides one-on-one spiritual direction for women)
• Based upon your choices, the Lii facilitator works to personalize an experience for your group!

Scholarships & Grants:

Need-based scholarships and grants are available to eligible Lii applicants from the generous donors who support Leadership Investment Intensives. To apply for financial assistance, please email Stephanie who will send you a grant application form.

Please note: Because the Lii Virtual Intensives are designed for souls in leadership, a pastoral AND character reference is a must. These individuals should be souls familiar with your guts even more than your gifts.
